RideFaer is a platform connecting passengers with licensed taxi drivers for fixed-route transfers between popular destinations in the Caribbean. RideFaer is not a transportation provider — we facilitate bookings between independent drivers and passengers.
All fares are fixed per route and displayed before booking. Fares include the platform service fee. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the displayed fare. Fares may be updated periodically but will not change for confirmed bookings.
Passengers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee. Drivers who repeatedly cancel accepted rides may have their account suspended.
Drivers must hold a valid taxi license, maintain current vehicle insurance, and possess a VOG (Certificate of Good Conduct). Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of RideFaer. Drivers set their own availability and may accept or decline ride requests.
Passengers must be at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. A no-show fee may apply if the driver arrives and the passenger is not present within the configured wait time. Passengers must treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
RideFaer facilitates connections between passengers and drivers but is not liable for the transportation service itself. Drivers carry their own insurance. RideFaer is not responsible for delays, route changes, or incidents during transport.
RideFaer charges a service commission on each completed ride. The commission rate is set by the transport organization and is included in the fare displayed to passengers. Drivers receive the fare minus the platform commission.
